Please will your club consider making a donation to help patients with TB in your City or District?
TB Alert is proud to have been working with Rotary since 2001

TB is most likely to affect people living in poverty, and patients can struggle through the 6 month treatment while they cannot work. TB Alert's Patient Support Fund provides small grants (average £125) paid via the TB nurse, which can help towards travel costs, food to improve nutritional status, warm clothes or heating bills while patients are at home and cannot work. These small amounts of money make a real difference to patients who might otherwise struggle to complete their treatment (risking drug resistance).
